ホテルのグランドフロア（B1）には、スノーシーズン（12月〜3月）限定になりますが、スキーやスノーボード、雪遊びを楽しんだ後の休憩やランチタイムのためのレストラン「スパイシー」がございます。揚げたてのカツでお出しするソースカツ丼や箕輪の天然軟水で出汁を取った、透き通るスープの醤油ラーメンが味わえます。
On the ground floor (B1) of the hotel, there is a restaurant "SPICY" for a break or lunch time after enjoying skiing, snowboarding or playing in the snow, although it is only available during the snow season (December to March). You can enjoy a bowl of rice topped with deep-fried pork cutlet and soy sauce, and ramen noodles with a clear broth made from Minowa's natural soft water.
